This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all software products owned and operated under the Techmartials umbrella.

By subscribing to or using our products, you agree to this policy.


1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees paid for access to our software products are non-refundable.

Once a subscription is activated:

  • No refunds will be issued for partial usage periods
  • No refunds will be provided for unused time or features

This applies to monthly, quarterly, annual, or any other subscription duration.


1.2 Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

Customers may request:

  • Plan upgrades at any time
  • Plan downgrades subject to product-specific rules

Plan changes:

  • May take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle
  • May involve prorated charges or adjustments, as defined on the product website

No cash refunds are issued for plan changes.


2. Wallet Credits and Recharges

2.1 Wallet Usage

Some products allow customers to recharge a wallet balance to cover operational or usage-based costs, including but not limited to:

  • SMS delivery
  • Messaging or notification services
  • Other third-party vendor charges

Wallet credits are consumed as services are used.


2.2 Refund Eligibility for Wallet Balance

Unused wallet balance may be eligible for refund under the following conditions:

  • The customer requests permanent account closure
  • The wallet balance is unused at the time of closure
  • The refund request complies with applicable laws and gateway rules

Refunds will not be issued for wallet credits that have already been consumed or allocated to third-party services.


2.3 Refund Processing

If eligible:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible
  • Processing time may vary based on payment gateway and banking systems
  • Applicable taxes or gateway fees may be deducted if required by law
  • Refunds are subject to payment gateway rules and applicable legal requirements

3. Account Cancellation

Customers may request account cancellation by contacting support through the relevant product website.

Upon cancellation:

  • Active subscriptions will remain valid until the end of the current billing period
  • No subscription refunds will be issued
  • Wallet balance will be handled according to Section 2 of this policy

4. Third-Party Costs and Services

Some product features rely on third-party vendors.

Once charges are incurred for such services:

  • They are non-recoverable
  • They are non-refundable

Techmartials is not responsible for refunds related to third-party service usage already consumed.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside this policy may be considered only:

  • Where required by applicable law
  • In case of billing errors or duplicate charges
  • At Techmartials’ sole discretion

Any such refunds do not establish a precedent for future cases.


6. Changes to This Policy

Techmartials reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes will be effective upon publication on this website.
